Prior to this, as Executive Vice President of Sobha Group, he led business development for the real estate division, driving significant growth and project initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he served as CEO for Sobha Projects, a contracting firm within the Sobha Group that played a pivotal role in delivering some of India’s largest residential and commercial projects through turnkey construction services.

Nitesh Patel is a structural dynamics expert with a rich background in designing and planning high-rise buildings and landmark projects. He completed his post-graduation from IIT Roorkee, specializing in structural dynamics. Following his academic achievements, Nitesh began his career with EPC giant Larsen & Toubro, where he played a crucial role in the design and planning of multiple high-rise buildings, including his involvement in the iconic Statue of Unity project.

After his tenure at L&T, Nitesh moved to LERA (Leslie E. Robertson Associates), a renowned structural design consultancy firm known for pioneering high-rise buildings globally. During his time at LERA, Nitesh contributed to key projects like the Lodha World Tower and Oberoi Enigma.

In 2016-17, Nitesh co-founded OpticVyu with his partner Anshul Jain, focusing on construction monitoring and documentation. Over the past seven years, they have developed innovative solutions in the reality capture space and have expanded their work to over 350 projects across 20 countries, collaborating with leading construction companies, developers, and government organizations throughout India.

With a distinguished 19-year career in airports & infrastructure development, Geetha leverages her professional journey with diverse key roles across the project cycle for strategic planning, design, governance, risk management and project delivery. At the helm of the Infrastructure & Airports Sector at JLL India, Geetha drives business development and oversight on project delivery for pan India operations.

Adithya VS is the co-founder and CEO of Tvasta Manufacturing Solutions, a deep-tech startup specializing in 3D Printing solutions for the construction industry. He graduated from IIT Madras with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree focused on Product Design. Driven by a passion for innovation, Adithya chose the entrepreneurial path to pioneer advanced manufacturing techniques in the construction sector.

Under his leadership, Tvasta has developed cutting-edge 3D printing technology aimed at revolutionizing the construction industry by enabling faster, safer, and more affordable building processes. Tvasta has successfully collaborated with industry leaders such as Godrej, Tata Steel, Saint Gobain and India Cements, and has executed projects ranging from 3D-printed toilets to demo structures and full-scale houses. The company was recognized as the Best Startup in Construction (India) by the Construction Industry Development Council in 2018, and was selected as one of eight global technology startups by the Global Housing Technology Challenge to present before Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Mr. Rajan Aiyer is the Managing Director for Trimble, SAARC, and has presided over its exponential revenue growth in the last 15+ years. Rajan headed his start-up company in Silicon Valley, California for 5 years. He has 25 years of experience in Telecom & Data communications and holds several patents in high-speed networking.

He’s a National Executive Board member of AmCham, HBS Alumni Association, and President of Association of Geospatial Industries.

Rajan has a B.Tech (IIT Delhi), MS (UT Austin), and GMP from Harvard Business School.

Kasturi Srinivas has been with Bentley Systems since 2002, primarily contributing to the development of the transportation business. With over 28 years of experience in enterprise solutions for Building Information Modeling, Digital Twins, Asset Management, and Geographic Information Systems, Kasturi has established himself as a reliable advisor in facilitating clients’ digital delivery of infrastructure projects. His professional journey encompasses various roles in sales, technical sales, software development, professional services, and team leadership. Kasturi holds a master’s degree in civil engineering.

With over 22 years of experience, and currently serving as the General Manager – Design & Quality, Raghu has been at the forefront of several digital initiatives over the past five years. He has led teams in conceptualizing and implementing critical digital solutions that have enhanced value for project teams by improving multi-disciplinary trade coordination, enhancing constructability, and fostering collaboration during the design phase. His expertise lies in the modularization of design and the integration of advanced technologies into projects, where he has successfully implemented tools such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in engineering contexts.

Raghu holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from the University of Missouri Rolla, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Bangalore University. He is currently pursuing the Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C), and holds a certification in Digital Strategy and Transformation from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K).

Chitra is the original creator and managing director of BIOME Environmental Solutions, a diverse team of 30 professionals engaged in the realm of ecological architecture and innovative water and waste solutions located in Bangalore, India.

Coming from an artistic lineage, with a father who is a sculptor/academician and a mother who is a homemaker, Chitra’s educational journey began in Banaras. Her family’s relocation to Nigeria in 1977 led her to pursue a Civil Engineering Diploma at Auchi Polytechnic.

In 1990, after completing her studies at the School of Architecture CEPT India, Chitra initiated her architectural enterprise in Bangalore, marking the commencement of a fortuitous journey. At Biome, the aim has been to seamlessly fuse challenges encompassing materials, ecology, and requisites into holistic ecosystem designs.

Chitra’s involvement in education and design workshops is notable. She orchestrated a design workshop at Archiprix 2017 in CEPT Ahmedabad and held the Charles Correa Academic chair at Goa College of Architecture in 2018. Presently, she serves as a design mentor at NITTE Mangalore since 2019. Sundar Chandramouli is currently Vice President – special projects in the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru. As part of the team that delivered the recent INR 13,000 Crore expansion programme and involved in further expansions, Sundar continues to drive innovation initiatives along with use of new technology sustainability and safety measures across the various projects of the expansion.

Sundar Chandramouli is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK) and a chartered engineer since 2002. Earning a Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from Bangalore and a Master’s Degree from the University of Kentucky, he began his career in the US and worked with the world’s leading Companies as project management consultant, contractor and client roles before returning to Bangalore to work with BIAL on the expansion of the Kempegowda International Airport.

With a background in civil engineering and environmental science, Tarun developed the world’s strongest hempcrete technology, which led to the creation of Agrocrete®—a sustainable building material made from agricultural residues and industrial by-products.

Prakash joined Kalpataru Group in 2017 as part of Group Strategy within Group Chairman’s Office. He drives works around strategy, cost optimization, value engineering and digital initiatives. He is also leading the in-house VC arm which focuses on collaboration and investment in start-ups working within construction and infrastructure domains.

Prior to Kalpataru, Prakash was working with McKinsey & Co. as Practice Specialist in Capital Projects and Infrastructure Practice. He has served clients in 20+ countries within areas of Strategy formulation, Organisation Re-structuring, M&A, Digital in Construction & Time and Cost turn-around of mega and large projects etc.

Overall Prakash has 20+ years of experience in Infrastructure Space. Prakash earned his Gold Medal in Civil Engineering from NIT, Nagpur in 2004. He also has earned multiple certifications from the Wharton School, IIM- Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta and RPC, UK.

Prakash has deep interest in bringing deep-technologies within construction and infrastructure domains to improve productivity and efficiency via digitalization and
mechanization initiatives. 

Arun is a seasoned AEC professional with over 22 years of industry experience wearing multiple hats in structural engineering, project management, and design. He also comes with a strong programming and technology development expertise, a passion for openBIM, and works in the intersection of AEC and technology.

He is currently developing cutting-edge AI models for CAD and building advanced web applications.

Started my career in the construction industry, leading process improvement and lean implementation projects. Followed it up with research in improving production on construction projects with lean construction methods aligned with information systems (contributed to the original research behind integrating lean construction and building information modeling). Have authored over 45 publications and led several research projects in the area.

Dr. Ashwin Mahalingam joined the faculty in the Building Technology and Construction Management division of the Civil engineering department at IIT-Madras in 2006. Ashwin received his B.Tech in Civil engineering from IIT-Madras and then proceeded to Stanford University for a Masters in Construction Engineering and Management. He then helped start up an internet based company in the USA called All Star Fleet, aimed at providing asset management services for construction companies. Following this he returned to Stanford University to pursue a PhD in the area of Infrastructure Project Management.

Ashwin’s research interests are in the areas of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in Infrastructure planning and management, the management and governance of large engineering projects and the use of technology in infrastructure development. Ashwin is also a co-founder of Okapi Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd and serves as a Director on the Board. He is the Editor of the Engineering Project Organization Journal (EPOJ) and has served on many national committees.
