Amit joined India’s leading construction company M/s Larsen & Toubro Ltd as a part of the “Precast Initiative” of the Residential Buildings SBG in 2012 with over a decade of Precast Construction experience in the United States with a leading precast concrete manufacturer. He is currently heading the Precast Initiative for Buildings & Factories IC and is actively involved in developing and promoting Precast Technology adoption in the Residential and Commercial Buildings Sector.

He is known for his expertise in a variety of residential, commercial and industrial precast concrete buildings. Currently, he is actively involved in the construction of the CIDCO PMAY Housing Project, Navi Mumbai, the largest order of the Residential Building group.

He graduated with honors from Government College of Engineering, Pune and later pursued higher studies at the prestigious Purdue University, USA to complete MS in Civil Engineering. Recently, he also completed his Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Angie Mahtaney is the Chief Business Mentor at Brigade REAP. Angie works deeply with early stage startups in the Urban Tech space to fund and build scalable and sustainable businesses. Being a serial entrepreneur, she brings years of experience, passion, and drive in shaping companies early on. Prior to her time with Brigade REAP, Angie spent 11 years as the CEO of K Mohan & Company Exports Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore, where she transformed a traditional manufacturing business into an organization that was ready for the constantly changing retail industry - including setting up and running operations in Bangladesh. In 2015, Angie co-founded The Rejoov Cold Pressery, a cold-press juice brand that was eventually sold to Cult.Fit in 2019. Angie is also an avid angel investor, and has invested in startups in a range of industries such as Consumer Tech, AI driven Digital Marketing, Biotech, and Proptech.

Tennis is Angie's first love, as a kid, it was her dream to be a ball girl at the U.S. Open. While that dream never came to life, she has now made it her life's mission to watch as many tennis matches live as her calendar allows.

Anup Mathew is the Senior Vice President and Business Head of Godrej Construction, which is one of the 14 Strategic Business Units (SBUs) of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Anup is a member of the Board of Directors of Institute for Lean Construction Excellence (ILCE), India. .

Anup has been driving and propagating the Lean Philosophy at Godrej Construction to bring about a cultural change with an intent to reduce waste at its construction sites and manufacturing facilities pan India resulting in process optimization and stakeholder delight due to faster, more reliable product delivery.

Anup holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Construction Engineering and a Post Graduate Master in Construction Management from the NICMAR, Pune. He also holds a Diploma from The Swedish Institute of Management, Stockholm, Sweden.He completed the Fulbright Program from The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

Dr. Anil Kashyap has been with the School of the Built Environment at the University of Ulster as Teaching and Learning Director and faculty on planning and real estate courses since 2003. In this role, he has been part of the School Executive, Faculty Teaching and Learning Committee and various other university level working groups. He has experience of curriculum design, revalidation and professional body accreditation of built environment courses by RICS and RTPI. He is an active researcher and has supervised four Ph.D.’s in the field of climate change and resilience, transport and urban regeneration. He has also served as an examiner for Ph.D. students in India and the UK. .

Additionally, Dr. Kashyap is involved in wide range of research funded by research councils, charities and international institutions. His research interests are financing urban infrastructure, urban regeneration, appraisal and finance, market analysis, value creation in real estate and sustainability of urban areas in developing countries.

Dr. Ashwin Mahalingam joined the faculty in the Building Technology and Construction Management division of the Civil engineering department at IIT-Madras in 2006. Ashwin received his B.Tech in Civil engineering from IIT-Madras and then proceeded to Stanford University for a Masters in Construction Engineering and Management. He then helped start up an internet based company in the USA called All Star Fleet, aimed at providing asset management services for construction companies. Following this he returned to Stanford University to pursue a PhD in the area of Infrastructure Project Management. Ashwin's research interests are in the areas of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in Infrastructure planning and management, the management and governance of large engineering projects and the use of technology in infrastructure development. Ashwin is also a co-founder of Okapi Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd and serves as a Director on the Board. He is the Editor of the Engineering Project Organization Journal (EPOJ) and has served on many national committees.

Durga has over 17 years of experience in implementing BIM on Large Healthcare, Advance Life Sciences and Corporate Office Building projects in USA. She has managed coordination between complex building systems on technically challenging projects using BIM. Her other areas of focus are BIM for Facilities Management and BIM enabled Project Planning & Management.

Over the last ten years, her focus has been to build a team that has scaled up VDC implementation across a multitude of projects. She is enthused by the possibilities of implementing emerging learning methodologies in increasing the adoption if VDC in the industry.

Durga holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Gunnar brings over 30 years of experience in seamlessly blending virtual 3D models with the real world. He's worked across industries with a common goal: using technology to simplify tasks and improve workflows. With the highest certification in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), he's been a key player in the VDC community worldwide.

He led the charge in digitizing core processes at a top Norwegian contractor. With a background as a civil engineer, he boasts a strong global network. Gunnar's down-to-earth approach is grounded in both hands-on experience and a genuine passion for his field.

Kalyan is currently the Director of Business Development,Bentley Systems. He has nearly 25 years of combined experience in managing construction projects and enterprise software development, has won many awards and has published widely.

Prior to Bentley, he was the co-founder and CEO of Nadhi Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an IIT Madras Research Park incubated company that was recently acquired by Bentley.

He won the 2015 Technologist Innovator award from the Construction Industry Development Council, Government of India. Earlier, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 by CII, Chennai. Recently, he co-authored a chapter on “Cloud-based Collaboration and Project Management” in the Construction 4.0 book.

He holds an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and is a Governor’s Gold Medalist with a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras.

Kevin brings experience from a uniquely diverse series of roles he has undertaken during his 30-year career. He is an associate director for Mace working on hyperscale industrial projects in Europe. He is a lean practitioner utilizing the Last planner system® for production control working with trade delivery partners and the project management teams to produce an effective system that communicated site activities throughout the project.

Kevin is involved in deploying an ‘Integrated project delivery model’ on large scale projects. He recognizes the need for close collaboration and strong stakeholder involvement in the project delivery. This in includes supply chain management and promoting modern methods of construction. Digitization and information management are integral to the digital production control system. Digital tools are used to collaborate, coordinate, and audit the effectiveness of the production control system.

He holds a Masters in Management of Operations from Dublin City University (DCU) and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Huddersfield researching Lean and digital systems managing production control.

Kiran Gutta is the co-founder of ConstructN, a visionary enterprise aims to provide a comprehensive construction monitoring platform that integrates diverse data sources, simplifies data interpretation, and enhances decision-making.

Prior to his instrumental involvement with ConstructN, Kiran was a co-founder of another construction management firm 3RDi. His professional journey also encompassed a significant role as an officer for Investment Promotions within the Chief Minister's Office of Andhra Pradesh. Further he led the position of Chief of Staff & Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Information Technology, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Kiran completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Later he pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Finance & Strategy, from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Prof. Koshy Varghese is a Professor with Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Madras. He earned his Doctoral degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992.

He is internationally recognized for his research in automation and computer integrated project delivery and is a past-president of the International Association for Automation and Robotics in Construction. He is one of the pioneers of construction engineering and management education and research in India and has made significant contributions to the growth of this discipline in the country.

Manoj has 26 years of experience working across US, Europe and APAC regions. He has more than 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions in various organizations. His experience includes managing large scale programs and leading overall operations for different companies. He played key role in scaling up multiple organizations in India and overseas.

At vConstruct Manoj is leading operations and responsible for HR, Recruitment, IT, Marketing, SEZ operations. He also provides mentorship to Finance& Accounting and Software development group. He is also leading some of the key strategic initiatives at vConstruct.

Manoj holds Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Post graduate Diploma in Business Management and Post graduate Diploma in Software Application Engineering.

Rahul Sharma is currently the Chief Information Officer at Tata Projects, where he leads the IT and Digital transformation initiatives. Rahul's professional journey has been marked by distinguished leadership roles at eminent organizations. Prior to his tenure at Tata, he made indelible contributions in key leadership capacities at Worley, Jacobs, and Triune Energy Services.

Rahul did his degree in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, followed by the Master's in Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) university.

With over 17 years of industry experience, Sabyasachi is an accomplished Architect from IIT Kharagpur. Holding a Data Science Certification from IIT Roorkee, he currently leads JLL's Technology platform for Project & Development Services in India, while also overseeing their VR Visualization Platform across APAC.

Sabyasachi has been instrumental in driving digital transformation within the construction management business at JLL, actively collaborating with industry startups to incorporate innovative solutions for JLL and their clients.

With a diverse background working across different cities in India, Sabyasachi has keen interests in AI and ML and their application in this construction industry.

Sagar is a Civil Engineer at the core with experience and interests in leveraging technology & data in construction.

He heads Strategy and Business Excellence at Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Private Limited and is involved in strategy formulation, strategic planning and initiatives, and business process engineering. He leads digital and technology initiatives for construction. He is a Core team member for Operational Excellence, Business Review and Enterprise Risk Management. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at ILCE. He has also mentored a few start-ups in construction technology, data analytics and robotics space.

Sagar holds a Master’s in Construction Engineering & Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune University.

Saurabh is one of the co founders of vConstruct. As part of the vConstruct leaders group, Saurabh's efforts are focused towards ensuring vConstruct is a healthy growing business that provides high value support to its customers.

He has over 17 years of industry experience with over 10 years of experience managing implementation of VDC and lean construction techniques on large healthcare and commercial projects in USA. These implementations have helped deliver the right value to clients by improving multi-disciplinary trade coordination, constructibility, permitting, and cost and schedule performance. His work has been published in renowned publications including IGLC and AECBytes.

Saurabh holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Management and a Bachelor in Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Sidharth (“Sid”) Haksar leads Strategy & Industry Partnerships for Autodesk Construction Solutions (“ACS”). In his role, he leads the strategic planning process across the organization to frame the long-term strategy and closely monitors the industry and technology landscape to evaluate potential expansion opportunities including acquisitions, strategic investments and partnerships with third-party construction tech companies as well as service providers. He is also responsible for crafting and representing Autodesk’s point of view on the future of construction.

Sid joined Autodesk in 2014, initially as part of the Corporate Development team and has played a vital role in Autodesk’s construction acquisition strategy, including the acquisitions of Assemble, PlanGrid, BuildingConnected, Pype and ProEst as well as investments in Aurigo, Bridgit, Rhumbix, Eyrus and Toric, amongst others.

Sid holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Suneel Vora is a Partner with KPMG in India. He has helped setup the Major Projects Advisory (MPA) practice for KPMG in India and has been instrumental in enabling Project owners, Contractors and stakeholders achieve success with their capital programs and projects in India and multiple locations internationally. KPMG’s MPA solutions focus on helping enhance performance on projects, reduce time, cost and risk, enhance governance and visibility on capital projects. Suneel also has helped setup the KPMG Innovation Kaleidoscope at the KPMG offices in Mumbai.

Over the past year, Suneel has helped setup the Industry 4.0 team for KPMG in India, to focus on offering transformational solutions for industrial automation, intelligence and digitalisation, creating improved efficiency, wastage reduction and higher throughput. He also teaches at NMIMS to the full time second year MBA students, to help them build consulting skills. He also enjoys building with Lego and travelling.

Tulika Majumdar is a researcher at Stanford University focusing on project production management. She is a certified VDC mentor and has guided 150 professionals and graduate students in their VDC implementation journeys on projects in 6 different countries. She has worked as a project management consultant in the United States, Australia, and India.

Venkata obtained his B. Tech in Civil Engineering and PhD in Building Technology and Construction Management Division from Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Madras.

He’s currently serving as Anantrao Jagtap Chair in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

His research interests include Infrastructure Project Governance, Construction Project Management, Organization in Construction Projects and Infrastructure Sustainability and Structural Engineering.

Vishal has experience of more than 20 years and having worked with clients across various sectors for delivery of more than 100 million Sft of real estate projects. Some of the large projects where he has been involved in various capacities are Surat Diamond Bourse, world’s largest commercial building, Kohinoor Square - Dadar, L&T Seawoods Development, hotels for IHCL & Leela group and data centers for world’s largest Hyperscaler.

He is part of global digital team who are in forefront of delivering data analytics, 4D / 5D applications, Digital twin amongst other. For Gleeds, he has led internal teams to work on embodied carbon, operational carbon and whole life carbon analysis.

Vishal has a degree in Master of Building Construction from University of Florida, Gainesville and Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University of Pune with added industry qualifications of MRICS, CCE and IGBC™AP. He is also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore – IIMB (AMP).

Vivin Hegde is the Founding and Managing Partner at Zacua Ventures, a global venture capital firm with a focus on the Built Environment. He works extensively with early-stage startups and corporates in this space and is on several Boards and advisory teams. With a career spanning two decades, both as an operator and as an investor, he has been deeply immersed in the construction technology space.

Before Zacua, Vivin held several key roles at Hilti, Trimble and McKinsey, including being the General Manager of Hilti-Trimble JV that works on development and productization of new technologies around Positioning, Robotics, IoT and AR/ VR. Prior to that he had set up and led Hilti’s Corporate Venturing arm in North America and led their Sales and Strategy teams across the years.

He is a Mechanical Engineer from NITK Surathkal and did his MBA from IIM Calcutata. Outside of his professional achievements, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing cricket.
