Aditya Thakur is a Venture Partner at Brick & Mortar Ventures, where he focuses on identifying and supporting construction technology startups across the APAC region. He works closely with founders to refine product strategy, achieve product-market fit, and scale their businesses.
With over seven years of experience in Construction Technology, Aditya brings a unique blend of venture investing, product leadership, and industry expertise. Prior to Brick & Mortar Ventures, he served as Director of Product Management at Autodesk and previously held a similar leadership role at PlanGrid, contributing to the company’s growth through its acquisition by Autodesk.
Having worked across the US, EMEA, APAC, and the Middle East, and through his continued involvement in his family’s construction and manufacturing businesses, Aditya combines global technology perspectives with a deep understanding of industry needs. His experience makes him well positioned to evaluate innovations with the potential to create meaningful impact across the construction ecosystem.
Kalyan is currently the CTO of Construction at Tvasta. He has nearly 25+ years of combined experience in managing construction projects and enterprise software development, has won many awards and has published widely.
Prior to Tvasta, he was the co-founder and CEO of Nadhi Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an IIT Madras Research Park incubated company that was acquired by Bentley.
He won the 2015 Technologist Innovator award from the Construction Industry Development Council, Government of India. Earlier, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 by CII, Chennai. Recently, he co-authored a chapter on “Cloud-based Collaboration and Project Management” in the Construction 4.0 book.
He holds an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and is a Governor’s Gold Medalist with a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras.
Kaushal leads Strategic Investments & Partnerships at DPR Construction and manages WND Ventures, DPR’s venture investment platform focused on advancing innovation in construction technology. He is responsible for identifying, investing in, and partnering with startups that have the potential to transform the construction industry.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Kaushal has been at the forefront of construction innovation, leading initiatives across strategic investments, research and development, and technology adoption. He works closely with emerging companies to evaluate new technologies, validate solutions through real project environments, and support their path to industry adoption.
Under his leadership, WND Ventures has built a strong portfolio of construction technology investments, including the successful exit of Rhumbix, following its acquisition by Autodesk. A frequent speaker at global industry forums such as BuiltWorlds and ENR FutureTech, Kaushal is passionate about helping startups navigate the journey from innovation to real-world implementation.
Keshav Jain is an investor at Earth Fund, where he focuses on supporting early-stage startups building technology solutions for the built environment. With over 15 years of experience across real estate and venture capital, he brings a unique perspective on how innovation can address the evolving needs of the construction and real estate sectors.
Before joining Earth Fund, Keshav spent a decade at Piramal Capital, where he managed a portfolio valued at over USD 500 million. He later transitioned into the startup ecosystem as both a founder and investor at Core91, gaining first-hand experience of the entrepreneurial journey. Today, he works closely with founders developing technologies that improve the way the built world is designed, delivered, and managed.
His combined experience across institutional investing, real estate, and early-stage ventures enables him to identify startups with strong market potential and meaningful industry impact.
Vivin Hegde is the Founding and Managing Partner at Zacua Ventures, a global venture capital firm investing in early-stage startups transforming the built environment. With over two decades of experience as both an operator and investor, he works closely with founders developing technologies that are redefining the future of construction.
Prior to founding Zacua Ventures, Vivin held leadership roles at Hilti, Trimble, and McKinsey, including serving as General Manager of the Hilti–Trimble joint venture, where he led the development of technologies in positioning, robotics, IoT, and AR/VR. He also established and led Hilti’s Corporate Venturing initiative in North America, helping connect emerging innovation with industry needs.

Omkar Jedhe combines a solid foundation in construction with deep expertise in data and emerging technologies, driving innovation where these two fields intersect.
