CTAI Foundation – Cancellation & Refund Policy
Event: Construction Technology Day

At CTAI Foundation, we generally do not encourage cancellations. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, the following policy will apply to ensure a fair and transparent process for all participants.
1. Key Dates for Refund Eligibility
- a. In the event of a Force Majeure situation (as defined below), a full (100%) refund shall be issued.
- b. If the cancellation arises due to reasons solely attributable to the CTAI Foundation, a full (100%) refund shall be provided to the participant.
- c. If the cancellation is due to reasons not attributable to the Foundation, the refund shall be processed in accordance with the refund structure outlined below.

2. Additional Terms
- a. GST and transaction fees (if any) will be deducted from all refunds.
- b. Workshop and add-on event fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- c. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event concludes.
- d. Requests must be submitted in writing to contactus@ctaifoundation.org with the subject line: Cancellation Request – [Your Name].
3. Force Majure
For the purposes of this policy, Force Majeure shall refer to any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the CTAI Foundation, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, or other labour disturbances, power failures, or failure of public utilities or communication services, which directly affect the ability of the Foundation to fulfil its obligations.
In the event of a cancellation caused due to Force Majeure, the Foundation shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance. However, participants shall be entitled to a full (100%) refund of the amount paid, without any deductions.
The Foundation reserves the right to determine, in good faith, whether a Force Majeure event has occurred and to take appropriate action accordingly.
