Terms & Conditions – Construction Technology Day 2025 (for Participants)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and attending Construction Technology Day 2025, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. CTAI Foundation may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be communicated via our website or official channels.

2. Event Schedule & Access

We aim to deliver a high-quality event experience. However, the schedule, speakers, venue, and sessions may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll make every effort to inform you of such updates in a timely manner.
Please note: Access to sessions is subject to seating capacity and registration confirmation.

3. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment. All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward fellow attendees, speakers, and staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Registration & Payment

To attend the event, you must complete registration and, where applicable, submit full payment. All applicable taxes and processing fees must be borne by the participant. CTAI Foundation is not responsible for technical issues or delays on third-party payment platforms.

5. Photography & Media Consent

By participating in the event, you consent to the use of any photos, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional or archival use by CTAI Foundation.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us in writing prior to the event at contactus@ctaifoundation.org.

6. Force Majeure

The CTAI Foundation shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). Force Majeure shall include, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions or restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, power outages, or failure of public utilities or communication networks provided such events materially impact the Foundation’s ability to perform its obligations.

In the event of a Force Majeure, any applicable refund or cancellation shall be handled in accordance with the Foundation’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Health, Safety & Liability

Please take responsibility for your own well-being and personal belongings during the event. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment, CTAI Foundation is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your participation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
