Terms & Conditions – Construction Technology Day 2025 (for Sponsors)

Organized by CTAI Foundation

1. Confirmation of Sponsorship

Sponsorship will be confirmed only upon written acceptance by CTAI Foundation and receipt of the applicable sponsorship fees. Each sponsor is responsible for the conduct of their representatives throughout the event.

2. Branding & Deliverables

Sponsors are required to submit logos, banners, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials within the deadlines provided by the organizing team. CTAI Foundation reserves the right to review and approve all submitted content to ensure it aligns with the event’s objectives and community standards. Booth space and placement (if applicable) will be allocated based on sponsorship tier and logistical considerations.

3. Promotion & Usage of Branding

Sponsors will receive visibility across event platforms (e.g. event banners, website, social media, digital materials, etc.) as per their sponsorship tier. Use of CTAI Foundation’s name, logo, or event branding for promotional purposes must be pre-approved and comply with brand usage guidelines. Promotion of unrelated third-party products or services at the event is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

4. Attendee Data & Privacy

CTAI Foundation will share limited attendee information (name, designation, organization, and email) only for participants who have opted in to share their details. Sponsors are expected to handle any additional data collected at their booths or sessions in full compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws and their own privacy policies.

5. Event Format Changes

In the event of any change in event format (e.g. postponement, virtual/hybrid shift), sponsor deliverables will be revised accordingly and communicated in advance. No additional fees will be charged for such adjustments unless mutually agreed in writing.

6. Exclusivity

Sponsorship does not imply exclusivity unless specifically agreed upon in writing. CTAI Foundation reserves the right to onboard multiple sponsors from similar industries.

7. Conduct & Compliance

All sponsor representatives are expected to uphold the event’s Code of Conduct and maintain professionalism at all times. Any unethical behaviour, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.

8. Liability

Sponsors are responsible for the safety and insurance of their booths, displays, digital setups, and             promotional     materials. CTAI Foundation will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the setup, event, or dismantling phases.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
